If you don't have any Sassfirmations yet, your life is about to change! Affirmations are great, but sometimes we need to talk to ourselves like we do a friend- with some sass and cuss-words!

Half of the battle with self image is the words we say to ourselves. Let's re-frame them with positive words!

A Quarterly 1-on-1 with me!
