Put One Foot In Front Of The Other...

Updated: Feb 24, 2020

It's ok to not be ok.

We all have probably heard this and then we brush it off and just continue on.

I have a list 10 miles long that I need to accomplish- que my pages, draft Instagram posts, follow up with customers, check in with downlines, work on a mock party I plan on sharing with sister ambassadors. Those tasks are just in regards to my business. Not even for school and parenting. Even listing it all out drowns me in another wave of anxiety and I want to set my computer away and give up on this challenge I have set myself up to.

I started this week off high, was knocking out my to do list, team calls, following up, making sales- I was killing it. And then something would happen. Then something else. And another thing. We all knows how it goes. We get so side tracked it feels like nothing will ever happen and we just want to curl up in our not ok-ness.

You are allowed to. You are allowed to have mornings or days where everything is off and you want to wallow in that.

But you have to get back up. You have to keep going. You have to put one foot in front of the other.

Start with a list. Write down anything and everything you can think of. Choose one thing on that list and work on it until it is done. And then the next. Keep the list going, even if it carries over in to the next day. Watch as that list that towered over you turns to dust and you accomplished everything that was stressing you out.

Just be sure you are crossing off the list. I avoided my list all day today because it looked so long. Everything on my list I had already done. Just think of what I could have accomplished had I actually marked them off and kept going!

Just put one foot in front of the other and soon you will be relaxing and sleeping like a baby knowing your list is kaput!
